ANDREW T. BERKOWITZ

Managing Director

Andrew is the Managing Director of Quadrex Capital Partners. 

Andrew was formerly the Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of Zayat Stables.  Prior to that, he was the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Vandewater Capital Holdings, a NY based Private Equity firm, operating out of the company’s New York City office. Prior to joining Vandewater, Andrew was a Senior Managing Director at Jesta Group, USA, a multi-national family office conglomerate. Andrew previously practiced real estate and commercial litigation at the law firm of Kaye Scholar LLP and served as a Director at Murray Hill Properties LLC, a large commercial real estate fund.

Throughout his career, Andrew has overseen the acquisition, operations and disposition of real estate assets and operating companies in two dozen countries across various sectors.

Andrew holds a Bachelors degree with honors in Economics and French from the University of Pennsylvania and was a member of the University of Pennsylvania Swimming Team.  Andrew holds a a J.D. degree from Cardozo Law School where he was the Supervising Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.

ARI MUNK

Principal

Ari is a Principal of Quadrex Capital Partners and Chairman of the firm's Investment Committee.

Ari is a business development executive providing solutions to the life sciences industry in the research and development of their products.

​

Ari holds an MBA in International Finance from Loyola College in Maryland.
